I work in a school library and this sign is great. We also bought the octagonal sign. We can write on them or post other messages to them. They make it easy to give directions and then move them around if you need to. We used to borrow them both signs from the main office but we used them so much, we bought our own!

Within months of receiving and using this item, the "screw on" assembly broke and will not tighten any longer. I duck taped the sign onto the post. I would not recommend this item.

Stable, Easy to use. My only minor gripe is that it's harder to take the arrow portion off to write on it. The easiest way to write on it is to remove the arrow and about half the pole.
