The New Ultra-Safe Premium Book Ledge features rounded contours and edges for maximum classroom safety. Made of sturdy high-density ABS plastic to stand up to the heaviest classroom use. The spring-loaded locking mechanism allows it to be fixed securely to many of the Royal Reading / Writing Centers in several useful positions to support big books and markers. Teacher tested, it is a standard component on most 30" and 38" wide Royal Reading / Writing Centers, and will fit onto most units manufactured from January 1st, 2005.
