The highest setting of the shelves allows 15.5" of space between the cabinet and the top of the cart, with the lowest setting allowing 8" of space. The bottom of the rolling laptop cart is a fixed 26" H locking storage cabinet with 4" swivel casters, with two locking to provide stability. The computer cart includes a UL/CSA approved 4-outlet surge-protected electrical assembly with a 25' cord and cord winder. Up to 1 year warranty is included.
